Prior to founding Dillard Capital, Joey served as Healthcare Real Estate Advisor for Newmark Knight Frank, facilitating the sale of medical office buildings across the US to institutional investors, and has also served to support Dillard Realty for the past several years. His vast experience, range of skills, tenacity, and determination are crucial to our firm’s success, and his efforts to serve his community are an inspiration to us all.
Joey’s parents, the late Buddy Dillard and his wife Mickey Dillard, were instrumental in shaping the housing environment in Athens, Georgia through their development of some of the area’s most iconic single-family neighborhoods and student housing communities. Mickey’s influence and reputation continue today, extending throughout the Athens area through her own agency Dillard Real Estate, and across and beyond metro-Atlanta through her position with Sotheby’s.
